Question: Regarding late arrivals, cancellations, or rescheduling.

Answer: Please avoid last-minute cancellations. unless it's an emergency. Please inform me in advance if you will be attending classes on statutory holidays.
If an emergency occurs and you are late or canceling a class, please contact me as early as possible. The earlier the better.
If I'm late, I will definitely make up the time.
If you're late, I generally won't make up the time, but I'll make up the time at the next class if I don't need to rush.
Except for force majeure or unexpected circumstances, cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start date will incur a full tuition fee.
However, for online classes, if I'm already on standby and the class is canceled, the class fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
For in-person classes, if I've already arrived at the designated location but the class is canceled, the class fee and round-trip transportation will be charged.
